| Post Racing 2011 - 2012 Fantasy Racing National Hunt Season | |
| 1. | If you enter any Fantasy Racing If you enter any Fantasy Racing game through the Web sites located at www.postracing.net or www.fantasyhorseracing.net you are bound to play it within the terms and conditions of play as specified by Post Racing, 8 Prescot Street, New Brighton, Merseyside, CH45 9JW. |
| 2. | ENTRY DEADLINES: All stables must be entered immediately after registration. |
| 3. | Entrants under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter. |
| 4. | Strictly no entries can be accepted from users in countries where gambling is forbidden. |
| 5. | The entry fee for the Fantasy Racing competition is 100% free. If you wish to make a donation at any time please use the Donate button on the home page of www.fantasyhorseracing.net |
| 6. | There is a limit of five stables per player. |
| 7. | Incorrect, incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. The computer record of the entry will be considered to be the entry. The decision of Post Racing is final. |
| 8. | STABLE NAMES: Post Racing reserves the right to refuse to accept stable names that are felt in its sole opinion to be inappropriate or offensive. Unsuitable names will be deleted and the stable will appear under the trainer's name. |
| 9. | HORSE LIST: The horses included on the horse list and their classifications have been determined by Post Racing. Post Racing will not enter into any correspondence relating to details of the horse list, nor will they accept the inclusion into a stable of any horse not on the published list. New horses will be added to the horse list at the discretion of Post Racing. Horses changing stables in "real life" will also change stables on the player list. However, this will not invalidate a stable if three horses from the new stable are already owned. The new stable will however be taken into account when making any transfers into a stable. |
| 10. | SCORING POINTS: Horses will score points, for the purposes of the test game, as follows:
In the event of a dead heat, points will be divided by the number of horses dead heating with fractions rounded down. No points will be awarded for a walkover. The official result on the day will be final with subsequent disqualifications disregarded. Bonus point according to the official starting price will be awarded to winning selections as follows:

| 11. | STABLE CHANGES: There is no restriction as regard to the number of "substitutions" allowed. Players are permitted a maximum of four horse trades per week. Horse Trades made before 11:00 GMT on Saturday, 12th November 2011 do not count towards the allocated number of horse trades for the season as players have unlimited Horse Trades until 11:00am on the 12th November 2011. There will be a minimum of 4 transfers issued to new stables whenever entered during the competition. |
| 12. | GENERAL CONDITIONS: The rules and game coding are all Copyright of Post Racing. No information may be reproduced in any format without prior written consent from Post Racing. |
| 13. | Informative and explanatory copy relating to Post Racing, including the scoring system and rules, form part of the terms and conditions of this game. |
| 14. | The Post Racing Fantasy Racing competition is not open to employees of Post Racing or associated companies, their relatives, agents or agents' relatives. |
| 15. | Post Racing reserve the right themselves to refuse to accept any entry which, in their opinion, does not comply with the rules and regulations of the competition or which contravenes the spirit of the Fantasy Racing competition. Post Racing further have an absolute discretion to disqualify any entry, or vary, amend or waive the rules of the competition at any time and participants agree that no liability shall attach to Post Racing as a result thereof and that the exercise of such discretion shall not result in any compensation being payable or paid to any participant. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. |
| 16. | Any site users or trainers found to be attempting or suspected of attempting to hack into any servers or systems run by Post Racing will be immediately removed from the system and have any subscriptions or payments cancelled. Such users will have no right to any refunds and Post Racing reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities. |
| 17. | PRIZES: The winner of the Full Season competition is deemed to be the trainer whose stable has accumulated the most Fantasy Racing points throughout the competition. Each "Trainer of the Month" winner is the trainer whose stable has amassed the most points in a particular month. In the event that two or more stables have the same points, then the stable that cost the lowest amount to assemble will be deemed the winner. |
| 18. | Cash alternatives are available instead future specific prizes, and these may have to be taken by winners who are non-UK residents. |
| 19. | Cheques will only be made payable to the trainer name originally submitted on the registration form. |
